Who Davutlar suits
Anyone who wants to spend the summer on the beach and does not want to pay Kuşadası centre prices for it. Families, because the beach is shallow and the complexes have a pool and playground. People with Turkish roots whose relatives live on the Aegean, and anyone who values peace in winter: from October to April little happens here, and that is exactly what some people want.
The scene: an evening in August, the market on the town square, peaches and figs from the farmer, behind it the promenade where half of Davutlar walks after dinner.

What we check for you
Many complexes in Davutlar were built for the summer. We look at how they are in winter, whether the Aidat (monthly service charge) is paid and whether Iskan (occupancy permit) is in place. We read the Tapu (title deed), check for encumbrances and, for properties near the water, the coastal protection zone. Someone from our network on the Aegean has been on site before you fly, and sends you photos and video.
