Who Alpa Abi is
Alpa Abi lives in Antalya. More than 175,000 people follow him on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook, where he has been doing real talk from Turkey for years: what life here is really like, what it costs, what is annoying and what you cannot get anywhere else. No glossy videos, just what he sees when he walks to the bakery in the morning. Antalya in January: he sits by the harbour in Kaleiçi, tea in hand, 18 degrees, and explains to the camera why oranges are so cheap right now.
This site grew out of messages from his followers. Every week the same questions came in: Alpa Abi, can I buy as a foreigner? What does an apartment in Alanya cost? Do you know someone I can trust? At some point the answer was: do it properly yourself. Alpa Abi sat the exam to become a property consultant, got the Yetki Belgesi (estate agent licence) and founded his own company. Since then he does full time, with an official stamp, what he used to do on the side.
Who else is on board
Alpa Abi covers Antalya, Alanya, Side and Kemer himself. For Mersin, for Muğla with Bodrum and Fethiye, for the Aegean with Izmir and Kuşadası and for other regions he has people on the ground whom he has known for years and trusts. They are estate agents, builders and friends who live there, know the complexes and know which developer finishes on time. If we suggest a property in Didim, someone from our team has been there.
What works differently with us
We look at every property before you see it. Photos, video and an honest opinion, even if the seller does not like it. We talk straight, the way you know it from Instagram. And we do not push. If after the third property you say you want to wait another year, that is fine. The number stays.
The advice costs you nothing. We earn from the brokerage, like any estate agent, and we say so openly. What we do not do: talk properties up, hide prices, or push you towards a deposit before the documents have been read.
