How to reach us

The easiest way is the form on this page. Tell us in two sentences what you are looking for: apartment or house, which region, rough budget, and whether it is to live in, for holidays or as an investment. We do not need more at the start.

Property advice in Turkey: the first conversation

We listen. You tell us what you have in mind, and we ask questions: How often do you want to be there, who is coming with you, do you need a sea view or would you rather have a short walk to the bakery, should the apartment be rented out when you are not there. That builds a picture, and with that picture we search our network. We do not push. If we think a region or a property does not suit you, we tell you.

The advice costs nothing. You get suggestions, photos and videos of properties we have seen ourselves beforehand, and an honest opinion. Then you decide whether to come and view them. Maybe a few weeks later you will be sitting with Alpa Abi by the harbour in Antalya over a cup of tea, looking at the list you made together.

Which languages

German, Turkish and English. Alpa Abi speaks all three, the people in our network at least two of them. Contracts and documents are translated for you, and a sworn interpreter attends the appointment at the land registry office.

Where we are

Alpa Abi lives in Antalya. He covers Alanya, Side, Kemer and the surrounding area himself; for Mersin, Muğla, the Aegean and other regions he has people on the ground whom he trusts. If you would rather read first, start with the buying process or the overview of all regions.
